Fine Art Prints!

PRINTS NOW AVAILABLE!

I’m very excited to offer Fine Art Prints of my ‘Photograph of the Day’ and other selected images and series. When you see the red ‘Buy This Print’ link above a photograph it indicates that that specific photograph is available for purchase as a Fine Art Print.

THE PRINT PROCESS

Fine Art Prints

Fine Art Prints are made using Epson’s Ultrachrome K3 ink set. These state-of-the-art pigment inks, offer a wide gamut and produce the highest quality photographic prints possible.

I only use Epson Exhibition Fiber paper. Exhibition Fiber Paper is a breakthrough paper. It was developed to match the revered silver halide papers, but also offers greater creative control due to extraordinary D-Max and tonal transition in B&W and the ability to print extraordinary color with the same paper, something that was not possible to do with traditional fiber based papers. It produces vivid, lifelike images that rival those of traditional silver halide prints, and it’s ideal for photos.

This is the same paper I printed on for many years as James Nachtwey’s lead-printer for all of his exhibitions. This paper is simply the best ink-jet paper ever made, period.

Editions

These are unlimited editions. So there is no limit to the number that can be sold of each image, but I reserve the right to end the sale of any specific image if demand becomes too high.

QUALITY IS PARAMOUNT

All prints are produced by Fotomoto.com. For myself quality is paramount. I would not use Fotomoto.com unless I knew that their ability to reproduce my work was 110%. Prints are reproduced using the highest resolution files available to ensure consistent quality and sharpness.

IMAGE SIZING

I am currently offering three print sizes: 8″ x 12″, 12″ x 18″ and 16″ x 24″.

Every image has approximately a 1/2 inch white border on each side and a thin black border around the image for convenient matting and framing.

For example;

8″ x 12″ Paper Size = 7″ x 11″ Print Size
12″ x 18″ Paper Size = 11″ x 17″ Print Size
16″ x 24″ Paper Size = 15″ x 23″ Print Size

MY WORD

Nothing is more important to me than your satisfaction with my art. Each and every print should be museum/exhibition quality. I offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not absolutely thrilled with the quality of your print I will replace your print or refund your money at no cost to you.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns please contact me directly and I will attempt to respond within 24hrs.

All the best,
Jonathan Lucas Auch
